Must Have

minimum of 15 years of business experience in an operation management with communications skills, background and sound knowledge in Trade finance and or Lending Operations, managing team size of 50+ FTE or more, Effective decision making and leadership skills, Good analytical skills, high attention to detail, solid organisational and interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables / projects that are highly visible and of strategic importance to our clients, Must be a facilitator managing potentially conflicting objectives, Sound knowledge on compliance and regulatory requirements, Sound degree of risk awareness, Control/operational risk management experience with an exposure to control practices

What You'll Do.
