What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years manufacturing experience, 3+ years management experience, Hands-on electrical testing, Working knowledge MV/LV switchgear, Familiarity UL 891, UL 1558, Understanding electrical schematics, Knowledge safety protocols, Leadership and team development, Excellent problem-solving skills, Clear professional communication, Manage multiple priorities, Proficiency standard manufacturing software, Highschool Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Electrical equipment experience preferred, Custom assembly experience preferred
