Must Have
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with first class (above 60%), Minimum 4 to 6 years of professional work experience in Procurement, Working knowledge of SAP MM, Well versed with MS Office, Basic knowledge of engineering drawing, Skilled in High voltage testing, partial discharge testing, Mechanical endurance test of Switchgear product, Adequate knowledge of functional and interlock verification in low voltage or local control cubicle, Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
Nice to Have
Experience in GIS & DTB testing will be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
understanding of relevant national & international standards like IEC
understand different kinds of electrical schematic drawings
tracing the fault & solving it (both electrical as well as mechanical) by referring the documents
working in the testing field and knowhow of the testing equipment
partial discharge testing and routine testing of switchgear product
basic knowledge of the switchgear’s product
electrical wiring independently in Local control cubical and able to verify basic interlocks
work independently and handle the day-to-day workload
supervise the team members and ability to deliver the output in targeted timeline
familiar with practices such as 5S
co-ordination with various cross functions like production
packing and marketing/planning
handle the customer inspection independently
knowledge of the equipment calibration and its certification
ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations
