Must Have
Experience in operational resilience, scenario testing, crisis management, or risk environments, Experience designing or supporting testing exercises, simulations, or resilience assessments, Experience working with technology, cyber, or operational risk teams, English, Understanding of scenario testing methodologies and resilience frameworks (IBS, ITOL), Knowledge of technology systems, dependencies, and data flows, analytical capability to interpret testing outcomes and identify vulnerabilities, Experience with risk reporting, MI, and governance processes, Familiarity with incident and crisis management frameworks and processes, analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, Ability to translate testing outcomes into actionable business insights, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, Ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes, communication skills, particularly in high-pressure environments
Nice to Have
Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or compliance activities, Undergraduate degree in Risk, Technology, Cybersecurity, Data, or related field, or equivalent experience, Knowledge of operational risk frameworks and regulatory expectations
