Must Have
15+ years of experience in application development specific to quality assurance and quality engineering, 15+ years of experience and proficient in test definition, capable of developing test plans and test cases from functional, technical specifications, 15+ years of working knowledge (preferably hands on experience) with test automation and driving test automation plan with the tools like Selenium, Java, exposure to robot framework, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Extensive experience in coordinating and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-end testing, 6+ years of experience in handling communication with stakeholders, Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Skills to engage with the team to expand areas of testing and quality, Self motivator, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills, sense of accountability and commitment, Knowledge of software development lifecycle within Agile environment, Working knowledge of non-functional testing, Experience with SAP testing, Exposure in working with the test requirement and management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile and DevOps ways of working with geographically distributed teams, Knowledge of release and deployment processes, Experience in vendor management for testing services, Right attitude and spirit of accountability, Excellent communication skills
