What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of experience in application development specific to quality assurance and quality engineering, 15+ years of experience and proficient in test definition, capable of developing test plans and test cases from functional, technical specifications, 15+ years of working knowledge (preferably hands on experience) with test automation and driving test automation plan, Extensive experience in coordinating and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-end testing, 6+ years of experience in handling communication with stakeholders, Knowledge of software development lifecycle within Agile environment, Working knowledge of non-functional testing, Experience with SAP testing, Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile and DevOps ways of working with geographically distributed teams, Knowledge of release and deployment processes, Experience in vendor management for testing services
Nice to Have
Knowledge of GenAI based solutions is preferred, exposure to robot framework, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Exposure in working with the test requirement and management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
What You'll Do.
End to end test management activities
Plan and manage test execution
Monitor daily operations
Create execution reports
Implement innovations and processes
Connect with stakeholders to understand test progress outcome and improvement areas
Connect with vendors on focus points

Manage cross – vendor teams
Plan to achieve business objectives
Communicate all relevant information to/from the team

Gather best practices to share amongst the teams
Understand and manage SLAs
Provide accurate reporting on project delivery
Establish processes and procedures that increase internal efficiency and effectiveness
