Prepare examination requests

Process examination requests

Schedule exams using AIM

Read standardized examination instructions

Communicate standardized examination instructions

Monitor testing rooms

Ensure secure testing environment

Explain examination procedures

Respond to candidate questions

Promote testing center requirements
