After training, the position transitions to the continental shift schedule. **Benefits:** * 2 weeks’ vacation to start. * Pension plan with Company matching up to 8% * Health and Dental benefits paid by Employer * Annual fitness allowance **Position Summary** The QA Tester supports the Quality Assurance team by ensuring products meet company and industry standards through inspections, audits, and testing. This role involves performing line audits, calibrations, CTR reviews, investigating quality incidents, and making product acceptance decisions. The QA Tester will also coach operators on quality practices, manage product release, inspect incoming materials, and perform both destructive and non-destructive lab testing, including cable testing on one of the six tester positions when required. **Salary:** $24.50/hour **Responsibilities:** * Conduct line audits, calibrations, CTR reviews, and control plan checks. * Investigate quality incidents and support corrective actions. * Make informed decisions on product acceptance and manage product release. * Perform incoming material inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
