At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support fuel consumption reduction and lower emissions—including starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Leadership:** Serve as the Technical Lead for High Voltage (HV) testing, focusing on eAxle and eMotor systems. * **Test Strategy Development:****** Define the HV product test strategy in compliance with both Customer requirements and Valeo standards & specifications. * **Product Characterization:****** Conduct comprehensive functional product characterization for high-voltage components. * **Testing Operations:** Oversee and manage HV product testing using dedicated eAxle System and **Motor Performance** test benches. * **Project Support & Risk Analysis:****** Support the project team in developing compatibility matrices and performing risk analyses, collaborating closely with the product family validation standard owner. * **Documentation & Reporting:** Document and maintain the Validation Plan, including detailed performance and functional v
