What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Supporting testing and validation activities within complex programmes or transformation environments, Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Analytical skills, Communication skills, Stakeholder management skills, Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, Experience creating test cases, Defining acceptance criteria, Maintaining traceability, Understanding of testing methodologies, Understanding of governance, Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, Experience working with data validation, Data analysis, Preparation of test datasets, Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, Familiarity with modern technology environments, Organisational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to manage dependencies
Nice to Have
Experience working within energy, utilities, or regulated industries, Exposure to Azure, Exposure to AWS, Exposure to cloud data platforms, Experience working within Agile delivery environments, Experience working within hybrid delivery environments, Knowledge of operational readiness, Knowledge of service transition activities, Familiarity with tools used for test management, Familiarity with tools used for defect tracking, Familiarity with tools used for collaboration

Support definition of UAT and OAT scenarios
Develop structured and traceable test cases
Design and prepare representative test datasets
Coordinate testing activities
Support successful testing outcomes
Track testing progress
Maintain auditable records of test execution
Support validation of cloud-based solutions
Support validation of data-driven solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Build working relationships
