Full Job Description

This poistion will require testing, troubleshooting, calibration, repairs of AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies. Key responsabiliutes will include but not limited to: * Perform fault reproduction, troubleshooting, system characterization, and root cause analysis of product issues, while ensuring efficient bug tracking and resolution. * Collaborate effectively with engineering and support team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues across a wide range of systems. * Deliver comprehensive technical reports to customers detailing findings from product failure investigations. * Participate in new product development during the qualification phase for training and ramp-up. * Collaborate with the development team on failure analysis and corrective action validation during the qualification phase. * Provide expert advice to internal and external customers on corrective actions based on the results of the analysis. ## Qualifications * Minimum of associate’s degree in electronic engineering or a related technical discipline. * Knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion circuit topologies, such as fly-back, forward, boost, buck, and buck-boost converters is highly preffered. * Proficiency in using lab equipment for characterization and design of power supplies and systems (oscilloscopes, DMMs, EMI analyzers, loads, sources, etc.). * Experience with high voltage systems and firmware debugging is a strong plus. * Understanding of analog, mixed-signal, and/or power semiconductor operational characteristics, with the ability to apply fault isolation techniques at both component and board levels. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across functional
