Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose -- to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives. **Job summary:** To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Test Technician** located in **Columbia, SC.** Reporting to the **Test Engineering Manager** the **Test Technician** conducts, tests and troubleshoots electronic product, components and systems to ensure production quality standards are met. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develops, maintains and improves all test and burn-in processes within area or responsibility. * Periodically reviews all process specifications to determine if they accurately reflect the process requirements and test techniques. Updates the specifications as required. * Ensures that test and burn-in processes are within all safety, ISO-9000 and BABT compliance. * Consistently reviews quality yields and develops corrective actions to eliminate any yield detractors, further improves the process and product reliability. Works with the Quality Engineer to determine if field/box line data in
