What You'll Do.
Maintain and configure lab systems
Support and maintain System Integration Testing isolated R&D test networks
Maintain test endpoints and update firmware
Ensure lab cleanliness
and operational readiness
Perform structured testing on videoconferencing solutions and related customer experience technologies
Execute IPC-A-6x0 evaluations as required
Run subsystem qualifications according to defined processes
Validate system performance following testing
Ensure correct configurations are used for each test cycle
Confirm accurate PASS/FAIL results with attention to detail
Perform first-level triage and basic troubleshooting on failures
Maintain and update the Results repository with accurate and timely data
Document test results
and provide clear feedback on product issues
Enter defects into bug tracking systems such as Sudden Impact or Jira
Support and maintain automated test setups as formally requested
Ensure all documentation reflects correct configurations and validated outcomes

**Location:** Fort Colins, CO **Pay rate** : $20.00 an hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Test Technician to support client-focused innovation projects within our Future Customer Experiences group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured lab environment, enjoys troubleshooting systems, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality test results. As a Test Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring systems are properly configured, validated, documented, and ready for deployment. ### Why Join Us?
