High School degree or equivalent experience, Fluency in the English language is required, Demonstrated record of driving results, problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills required, Able to relay technical information in a way your audience understands, Consistently exhibit appropriate attendance habits, working the hours necessary to perform the job, Demonstrated interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and suppliers, Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to become proficient in any systems that we use (Concur, Kronos, etc. ), Flexibility to support service activity both off-site and outside of normal working hours, Organize and maintain efficiency of personal work area, Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, Able to function as part of a team, with members of varying job levels, and work cooperatively toward team goals, Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers and suppliers, Organize and maintain efficiency of personal work area, problem solving and analytical skills, Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling between multiple work sites as needed, Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, Required on-site work as needed, per our Remote Work Policy, Give and accept instructions and tasks in a positive manner, treating all co-workers with dignity and respect, Consistently adhere to, and support all UTAC policies, procedures, and safety regulations, Candidate recommended to have their own basic automotive tool set, attention to detail required, Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude required, Self-starter, who can multi-task and possess communication skills, Able to function as part of a team, with members of varying job levels, and work cooperatively toward team goals, Exposure to industry accepted chemicals and noise, Regularly required to stand, reach, bend and move about the facility, Able to lift and/or move materials as needed in the performance of assigned duties, Requirements include, but are not limited to stand, walk, sit, twist, bed, life, see, speak, hear, May require occasional travel (locally, nationally, internationally)
