This position plays a critical role in ensuring test readiness, process stability, and a successful transition from NPI to mass production._ **What a typical day looks like:** * Duties performed in this role vary depending on the business unit, location, or product being manufactured. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: * Supports NPI builds, pilot runs, and validation activities, ensuring test readiness and execution * Performs advanced troubleshooting and debug at system, subassembly, and PCBA level * Analyses test failures, logs, and yield trends to identify root cause and implement corrective actions * Configures and validates network communication (Ethernet, IP configuration, connectivity, ping validation) between units and test systems * Supports test station bring-up, validation (FAT/SAT), and release to production * Works with engineering to validate and improve test sequences, fixtures, and test coverage * Contributes to the definition and improvement of test methods and processes for new products * Provides technical leadership on the production floor, acting as escalation poi
