Full Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing test processes to verify product functionality and quality. Involves final test setup, data analysis, failure analysis, and documentation to support process improvement and production efficiency Key Responsibilities * Investigate yield, quality, issues and implement improvements. * Develop, optimize, and control manufacturing processes. * Support test process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support production testing, analyze test data, identify failures, and implement corrective actions. * Support testing-test and containments activities * Execute, and improve test procedures and systems. * Provide daily production test support to ensure stable operation ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields). * Candidates with relevant engineering experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE); ETS364, 93K, ETS80, J750 and SPEA * Strong understanding of Final Test manufacturing flow and production flow * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. * Experience supporting high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. * Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. * Eager to adapt well in dynamic working environment, eager to learn new knowledge and able to work independently. * Ability to read and interpret datasheet, test limit and schematic * Willingness to support on-call duties if required. ## Additional Information Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose ‘To Make Our Lives Easier.’ As the industry’s leading expert in embedded processing with unmatched quality and system-level know-how, we have evolved to provide scalable and comprehensive semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT industries based on the broadest product portf
