Ensure the availability and reliability of automated test benches; Contribute to improving test cycle times, station configuration, and overall line efficiency

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MSc in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in a technical role involving automated systems, test equipment, or manufacturing environments, Solid Python programming comfortable reading, modifying, and debugging existing codebases, Hands-on experience with embedded systems, instrumentation, or electromechanical test setups, Comfortable performing hardware interventions: wiring, component swaps, basic electrical troubleshooting, Familiarity with version control (Git) and structured software development practices, Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
What You'll Do.
Perform Test Station qualification and commissioning
Ensure availability and reliability of automated test benches
Diagnose and resolve hardware
and integration issues
Monitor station health
Identify recurring failure modes
Contribute to improving test cycle times
Support deployment and validation of new software and hardware updates
Translate field observations into actionable technical feedback
Work closely with Test Bench Engineers
Participate in engineering reviews
Support operation and integration of adjacent systems
Coordinate and train on-site maintenance technicians

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams; Work closely with the Test Bench Engineers; Work closely with the Test and Production Systems team; Participate in engineering reviews and team syncs
