## Description Role Overview The Testing Manager will be responsible for leading all electrical testing, energisation, and system validation activities across a large-scale data centre project. The successful candidate will manage a team of Testing Supervisors and Test Engineers while working closely with the Commissioning Manager, Authorised Persons (APs), contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure testing activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, planning capability, and stakeholder management skills. Reports To:                  Project Manager Direct Reports:           Testing Supervisors, Test Engineers Key Responsibilities Testing & Energisation Management Lead all electrical dead testing, live testing, and energisation activities. Coordinate testing activities in conjunction with the Authorised Person (AP) team. Manage testing schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies. Ensure all testing activities are completed safely and in accordance with approved procedures. Support system energisation, integrated testing, and project handover activities. Team Leadership Manage and mentor Testing Supervisors and Test Engineers. Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones. Drive a culture of safety, quality, and technical excellence. Conduct regular progress reviews and performance discussions. Technical Oversight Review and approve testing procedures, method statements, test packs, and commissioning documentation. Verify testing results and ensure defects are identified, tracked, and resolved. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during testing and energisation. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for testing activities with clients and project stakeholders. Coord
