Must Have

8 years of professional experience, 3 years in Financial Markets or Treasury environments, 5 years of experience in Test Management, Proven background in working with trading systems, Proven background in complex data migration initiatives, Completed bachelor's degree

Nice to Have

Familiarity with trade flows, Familiarity with front office activities, Familiarity with trade operations activities

What You'll Do.

Plan and execute end-to-end testing

Maintain end-to-end vision

Manage testing complexity

Initiate further development

Define and validate testing scenarios

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Track and manage defects

Prepare test progress updates

Own test sign-off process
