What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years manufacturing experience, 3+ years management experience, Hands-on electrical testing experience, Understanding electrical schematics, Knowledge of safety protocols, Highschool Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Electrical equipment experience preferred, Custom assembly experience preferred

Manage testing technicians
Develop testing procedures
Standardize testing procedures
Ensure products pass testing
Troubleshoot testing failures
Maintain testing equipment
Ensure compliance with standards
Support third-party inspections
Maintain testing documentation
Drive continuous improvement
Facilitate communication between centers
