* Setup new product & improve test strategies for existing products, to perform program test time reduction for capacity improvement & test yield improvement in production. * Support ME and QA team on analyze customer failure samples & provide countermeasure program for detect future similar failure slip through to customer. * Provide training to technician group for smoothening daily repairing work. * Troubleshooting test board/ tester if IC failure occur & provide permanent countermeasure. * Ensure test station operation, performance, stability & robustness.
