This role is ideal for someone who can combine leadership with execution, driving end-to-end testing across customer-facing digital platforms while actively contributing to delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for validating the digital front-end experience, ensuring high-quality releases through strong test strategy, effective coordination, and close collaboration with cross-functional squads. The role involves defining and executing test strategies, leading and mentoring a team of testers, and remaining hands-on with functional, integration, and exploratory testing as needed. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage, coordinate testing across agile squads, and manage defect identification and resolution.
