What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5+ years experience in software testing within financial services or other regulated environments, Proven leadership in managing junior testers and providing clear, timely reporting to project stakeholders to support informed decision-making, track record leading SIT and UAT phases for complex, multi‑system implementations, Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and defect management practices, Ability to produce clear, structured test documentation, reports, and executive‑level updates
Nice to Have
Knowledge or hands‑on experience with digital assets, DLT / blockchain platforms, custody, trading systems, or digital wallets is an advantage, Mandarin / Cantonese is preferred
What You'll Do.
Own and deliver end‑to‑end testing strategies and plans for digital asset initiatives
including platform transformations and product launches
Lead and coordinate SIT
and integration testing across multiple workstreams
Design detailed test scenarios and test cases
ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional
and regulatory requirements
Manage defect lifecycle activities
including prioritisation
and resolution with technology and business teams
Ensure solutions are production‑ready
meeting business expectations
and regulatory obligations
Provide testing governance and status reporting
and quality metrics to stakeholders
Continuously enhance testing frameworks
and tools to improve efficiency and quality outcomes

Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integration testing across multiple workstreams; Manage defect lifecycle activities, including prioritisation, triage, tracking, and resolution with technology and business teams; Provide testing governance and status reporting, highlighting risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to stakeholders; ability to work across business and technology teams
