Role profile: D365 F&O Test Lead - Functional & Selenium Automation Job title: Test Lead **Job Description:** **Role Overview** * Lead end-to-end testing for D365 FO implementations, Platform upgrades, Change Requests and Projects * Strong functional testing expertise across D365 FO modules, including **General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Project Management & Accounting, Timesheets, expense management, credit and collections, Integrations, Tax** * Lead Selenium Automation script development support to projects and activities as part of Dentsu * Must have excellent testing skills and client facing, customer satisfactions abilities * Show strong interest in systems and process improvement, product knowledge with excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills **Main Responsibilities** * Define test strategy, test plans, and test approach documents. * Coordinate and lead the QA team in maintaining Azure DevOps (VSTS) Test Plans, including test design, execution, evidence documentation, daily status tracking, and change request (CR) updates * Manage functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles * Prepare and publish daily and weekly reports with accurate metrics and KPIs, ensuring clear and reliable status visibility * Identify test scenarios, create test cases, and ensure adequate test coverage * Develop and provide detailed test effort estimations based on scope, complexity, and resource availability * Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers * Demonstrate flexibility in presenting demos to stakeholders and providing extended support as needed * Review requirements and provide testability feedback * Handle escalations proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality * Track defects, drive resolution, and ensure quality standards are met * Ment
