What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, Proven experience building and operating large-scale backend systems, Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Go, Java, or similar), Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), Deep understanding of distributed systems, Deep understanding of APIs, Deep understanding of system design
Nice to Have
