What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, QA/Test Engineering, or Agile delivery roles, Experience supporting enterprise software delivery in Agile environments, Experience creating user stories, test scenarios, and supporting release activities, Experience with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar, Exposure to Databricks through analytics platforms, reporting validation, testing, or enterprise data environments required
Nice to Have
Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or cloud-based platforms, Experience validating reporting outputs, data workflows, or enterprise analytics systems, Familiarity with enterprise data lakes, warehouses, or modern data ecosystems, Scrum or Agile certifications preferred, Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives
What You'll Do.

Translate business requirements into user stories
Support sprint planning
and Agile delivery activities

Participate in testing and validation activities involving Databricks-based reporting or analytics environments
