Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Advanced English level, Proven experience developing and installing ICT / FT / 5DX management, Experience in similar position within a manufacturing environment, Strong background in functional testing and system integration, Test instrumentation experience, Advanced programming knowledge, Experience with flying probe systems (Takaya & SPEA), Strong hands-on experience performing AC/DC functional testing, Validates electrical safety through arc flash analysis, Experience with HIPOT systems, Integrates HIPOT testing into ATE and production environments, Solid experience in power electronics, Hands-on exposure to inverters, rectifiers, SMPS, and VFDs, Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage (LV/MV) systems, Ensures alignment with safety requirements and EHS standards, Proven experience managing end-to-end system integration projects, Defines and implements communication interfaces and protocols, Contributes to scalable architecture supporting automation and digitalization initiatives, Experience with industrial and enterprise network infrastructure, Apply redundancy protocols, Integrates network infrastructure with PLCs, SCADA, and automated test platforms, Strong troubleshooting skills addressing network performance, latency, and cross-system connectivity issues, Builds and develops high-performing engineering teams, Promotes a continuous improvement mindset, Acts as a change agent fostering a safety-first culture

Act as an advisor to test engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations and acts as a liaison to other engineering functions. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._ * _Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required for testing, and recording data._ * _Defines conditions under which tests are conducted, including sequences and phases of test operations._ * _Interfaces with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing issues such as product malfunctions, incomplete data, or interpretation challenges._ * _Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for engineering teams and management._ * _Develops or utilizes computer software and hardware to execute tests on electronic products, systems, or software._ * _Trains and instructs technicians, o
