What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), Programming proficiency in at least one language used for test automation (e.g., Perl, Python, C#, PHP, or VBA), Hands-on experience in repair operations or manufacturing (depot, factory, or service center), including test station setup and instrument control, Proven ability to develop test scripts from scratch and formalize processes when documentation is limited, Troubleshooting skills across hardware/firmware/software boundaries and familiarity with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other troubleshooting tools, Excellent communication, collaboration, and independent execution skills in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

Experience using AI/ML to improve testing, Understanding of manufacturing quality methods like Lean, Six Sigma, and basic statistical tools, Familiar with version control and good software practices in test environments, Experience with repair processes and product tracking (serialization, traceability, RMA), Hands-on experience with firmware flashing, JTAG boundary scan, and hardware bring-up, Knowledge of ESD/EHS guidelines and best practices for test fixtures
