WHO YOU ARE: Our team is looking for a collaborative and customer-focused IT professional to join our Quality Assurance team. We are searching for an individual with proven experience in test planning, design, and execution, who can contribute to our ongoing efforts in performance, security, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Test Engineer (Systems Analyst III-IV) is selected by and accountable to the Quality Assurance and Test Engineer Manager with the approval of the IT Central Intake and Quality Assurance Director, Deputy Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Officer. Performs complex to highly complex (senior-level) computer systems analysis work. Work involves planning and analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve Applications Solutions (AS) systems.  Works under general to limited supervision, with moderate to considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May provide guidance or oversee the work of others.
