Must Have
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience, Proven experience in managing and leading a team of test engineers, Developing test plans, implementing test process, recording results, and publishing to stakeholders, expertise in defining test strategy, establishing optimal test patterns, implementing metrics and reporting, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Experience of improving quality in a product and understanding the quality needs of key stakeholders, Identifies potential process improvement areas, suggests options, and recommends approaches, expertise in full SDLC, including test standards, code reviews, test data management, test methods and test techniques, In-depth knowledge of test automation, regression, integration, and system testing, Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright or Cypress, Experience with automation framework like Codecept. js or Serenity BDD or Cucumber, Experience on performance testing by using tools like JMeter, Participates in architecture for new projects, communication skills (Written/verbal) and ability to help resolve problems for your team
Nice to Have
Experience/knowledge of performance/load/volume testing, Familiarity with TDD and BDD and pyramid testing, Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure, Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Git
