Active TS/SCI with CI Poly, At least 3 years of functional/system-level software testing, Resourcefulness and ability to dig into complex technical concept of operations to derive technical and test requirements, Demonstrated experience working directly with development teams to understand system requirements, defining test plans and test cases from scratch, Desire to work in a dynamic team environment supporting multiple and disparate development efforts at the same time, knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, frameworks, and best practices, Experience authoring and presenting test summarizing test results, anomalies, discrepancies, and configuration changes, Familiarity with integrated development environment (IDE), such as Visual Studio Code, PyCharm, Eclipse, etc., Ability to prioritize scope of work, communicate clearly - both orally and written, have a consistent track record of delivery

Nice to Have

Experience with software configuration management processes, understanding of software components and their interface requirements, Developing and executing automated tests using RobotFramework, Selenium, or similar tools, Comfort using Linux command line interface to execute commands, inspect log messages, and evaluate system performance during testing, Familiarity with GitLab, Centos Linux, and/or Rocky Linux, Familiarity with Jira or similar product management or issue tracking tool, Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration and documentation tool

What Impact You'll Have Are you a skilled and experienced test engineer who loves to ensure the quality and reliability of software products and integrated systems? What You'll be Owning As a test engineer, you will be responsible for: soliciting requirements and translating them into test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria Performing functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and performance testing at component and system levels Reporting, tracking, and resolving software defects and issues using bug tracking tools such as Jira and GitLab Working across multiple development teams and priorities to help ensure product quality, usability, and mission readiness What You Must Have Active TS/SCI with CI Poly At least 3 years of functional/system-level software testing, preferably working in Linux environments Resourcefulness and ability to dig into complex technical concept of operations to derive technical and test requirements Demonstrated experience working directly with development teams to understand system requirements, defining test plans and test cases from scratch Desire to work in a dynamic team environment supporting multiple and disparate development efforts at the same time Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, frameworks, and best practices Experience authoring and presenting test reports; summarizing test results, anomalies, discrepancies, and configuration changes Familiarity with integrated development environment (IDE), such as Visual Studio Code, PyCharm, Eclipse, etc. Ability to prioritize scope of work, communicate clearly - both orally and written, and have a consistent track record of delivery What Would be Nice to Have Experience with software configuration management processes, understanding of software components and their interface requirements Developing and executing automated tests using RobotFramework, Selenium, or similar tools Comfort using Linux command line interface to execute commands, inspect
