Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this position is responsible for implementing, executing, and maintaining efficient functional test methods to validate the performance of electronic systems, software, and equipment. **What a typical day looks like:** * Execute and maintain functional tests for electronic and/or software systems. * Develop and document functional test plans and procedures. * Analyze test results, identify failures, and support their resolution. * Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with functional requirements. * Provide support for functional test equipment and test stations. * Participate in the introduction of new projects, including setup and sustaining activities. * Perform functional validations related to software and hardware. * Maintain traceability and proper documentation of executed tests. * Provide full floor support, ensuring availability and performance of test equipment. * Lead maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and predictive) for test systems and stations. * Support and maintain equipment such as AOI, X-Ray systems (e.g., Koh Young, Yxlon), and ICT, ensuring proper operation (hands-on knowledge required, not necessarily expert). * Monitor and drive improvements in KPIs such as yield, downtime, capacity, and equipment efficiency. **Experience we’re l
