Must Have
Solid Experience in Functional Test, Develops and/or modifies test programs using various languages (i. e. Python, LabView), Develops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level, Designs and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces, Develop test plans and procedures, Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test development, enhancements, test fixtures, Develop quotations for functional test hardware and software, Advanced Knowledge with Linux, Experience with Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Designs, develops and/or supports environmental test programs, procedures and profiles, Designs and/or supports mechanical/electrical interfaces for product tests, Performs failure analysis on environmental test failures, Coordinates 3rd party development of ESS activities

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a** _Test Engineer_** located in **_Guadalajara, North._** _ _Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, the Test Engineer role will be_ _responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._ * _Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data._ * _Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues._ * _Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._ * _May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software._ * _Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._ * _Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coord
