Full Job Description

This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error. **Your Role** * Support Central MFGE from PV and assume full responsibilities from series production. * Responsibility for MFGE Test, Programming, and Label processes from series production. * Provide people and equipment resource to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, safe launch (GP12) activities, etc.. and feedback build findings such as design/test/supplier related issues. * Provide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ2. Maintain and update Test Requirement Document and Test Coverage Analysis Report from series production * Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc) * Drive continuous improvement, cycle time improvement and support Kaizen activities. * Work with QE to resolve and implement corrective actions for Line-Pull, Warranty and Plant Return. * Be the customer interface for technical discussion on test-related issue after series production * Supporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality review, Escalations, etc.) * Own, maintain & fulfill master PM schedule & optimize test machine up-time. **Your Background** **Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:** * Bachelor’s degree or similar with technical education * Minimum 9 -15 years of experience in automotive * Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, LVDS, Flex
