What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 years and above test development work experience, Familiar with Linux system, Familiar with device control logic, PLC, motion control, communication protocols (UART/I2C/SPI/Modbus/TCP-IP/GPIB), Proficient in at least one scripting/programming language: Python, C#, LabVIEW, TestStand, Able to write automated test scripts, develop test tools, and perform data collection and analysis, Familiar with the mechanical structure, motion control, and electrical principles of common equipment, Able to build test benches, write test plans, and execute functional/performance/reliability/aging tests, Proficient in English reading and writing
What You'll Do.
Participate in product test requirement analysis
responsible for test principle design and software test process formulation.
Responsible for software and hardware development planning and implementation
able to quickly and efficiently solve problems during the development process
and follow up on problem analysis and report output.
Responsible for system-level verification of the entire test solution.
Conduct in-depth analysis and precise positioning of problems found during the development process
and discuss solutions with the customer's R&D team.
Perform statistical analysis of test data
and complete relevant analysis reports such as CGK
Optimize and improve existing test stations (test software and hardware).
Responsible for writing user operation manuals.
