TestCoordinator(ICH/Workday)

## Accountabilities Define and maintain the overall test strategy, including scope, approach, governance, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria. Develop and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned with business and technical requirements. Ensure full requirements traceability through RTM and maintain testing documentation throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate execution across SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing phases. Monitor testing progress, coverage, risks, and quality metrics, ensuring delivery against timelines and milestones. Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritisation, resolution, validation, and closure. Facilitate defect triage sessions and collaborate with development and vendor teams to resolve issues efficiently. Act as the central point of contact for all testing activities across business and technical stakeholders. Produce and present regular reporting, including test progress updates, defect dashboards, and readiness assessments. Support UAT coordination, ensuring business users are guided and sign-off is successfully achieved. Requirements: Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, Test Lead, QA Lead, or Test Manager in complex programme environments. Strong experience in large-scale HR, HCM, ERP, or Workday transformation projects. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and end-to-end test lifecycle management. Hands-on experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activities. Strong expertise in defect management using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Ability to create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and RTMs. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across multi-vendor environments. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to quality detail. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies is an advantage. Workday HCM
