Providing a high level of customer service
Checking candidates ID documents
Booking candidates in on the system
Ensuring integrity and security of tests
Supervision and invigilation of tests
Explaining test process to candidates
Supporting with other queries
Reviewing tests and test centre scheduled
Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
Ensuring test centre meets individual candidate needs
Handling and reporting incidents
