As part of the Technology Testing Lab (TTL), the Test Bench Leader acts as the focal point for internal test benches—working closely with design teams, innovation labs, partner suppliers, universities, and external research institutions to deliver robust validation campaigns. This role is central to translating innovation into proven, industrialized solutions. # **Fuel your passion** As a Test Bench Leader, you will take full ownership of prototype testing and test bench activities, from early design involvement through installation, commissioning, and validation. You will be the HSE and quality reference for the test bench, ensuring compliance with IET standards while driving continuous improvement.
