What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience in testing environments), Solid experience in turbomachinery testing and validation technologies, Expertise in HSE practices, with the ability to act as test-bench safety reference, Proven leadership experience in test bench or similar experimental environments, Good understanding of machining and assembly methods combined with IET product knowledge, Communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Flexibility to work abroad when required

Leading test bench activities
Contributing to test-solution design
Ensuring readiness for prototype installation and testing

Managing preventive and corrective maintenance

Working closely with design teams, innovation labs, partner suppliers, universities, and external research institutions; Coordinating multidisciplinary teams; Collaborating with Prototyping & Testing technical leaders
