Eligibility Requirements

New hires at Cubic³ are required to work onsite five days a week during their six-month probation period to get to know the company, their team, and our ways of working. After probation, we offer a flexible arrangement of up to eight work-from-home days per month, provided it aligns with business needs and performance standards. This arrangement is not a given for all roles.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, 3–5 years’ experience in software testing or test automation, Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e. g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar), Familiarity with at least one programming language (e. g. Java, Python, JavaScript), Understanding of API testing and test automation strategies, Experience working within Agile / Scrum environments, Exposure to CI/CD tools (e. g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), debugging and problem-solving skills, Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), Exposure to performance or security testing tools, Familiarity with telecoms, IoT, or connected device ecosystems
