Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a **Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialist** to join our team in**Seattle, WA**. As a Test Asset Management Service Specialist, you will have an important and exciting role in the company that includes supporting Flight Test operations to be mission ready. In this fast paced, hands-on position, you will ensure equipment readiness and continuity for Flight Test programs like 777X and 737 MAX by managing, tracking, delivering, and maintaining vital test assets across labs, aircraft, and locations. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, accurately update records, use scanners to control asset movement, and conduct daily 5S upkeep, all while supporting planned and emergent flight test activity, and off‑shift requirements as needed. This role will be responsible for providing products and services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and processes and embrace safety and first-time quality as a way of life – not accepting, creating or passing any defects and speaking up.
