Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a **Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialist** to join our team in**Seattle, WA**. As a Test Asset Management Service Specialist, you will have an important and exciting role in the company that includes supporting Flight Test operations to be mission ready. In this fast paced, hands-on position, you will ensure equipment readiness and continuity for Flight Test programs like 777X and 737 MAX by managing, tracking, delivering, and maintaining vital test assets across labs, aircraft, and locations. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, accurately update records, use scanners to control asset movement, and conduct daily 5S upkeep, all while supporting planned and emergent flight test activity, and off‑shift requirements as needed. This role will be responsible for providing products and services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and processes and embrace safety and first-time quality as a way of life – not accepting, creating or passing any defects and speaking up. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Mid-Level Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialists. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manage 1,100+ Flight Test assets * Store, manage and track all Flight Test equipment * Record database management * Surplus obsolete and damaged equipment * Restock and relocate all test equipment during refurb process * Pick up Dar media from airplane and deliver to data log station (TDRS) * Support Seattle or Everett Flight Test asset management and operations * Attention to details/customer requirements * Works under minimal direction **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as define
