Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with major in Power or related field, Min 2 years experiences in substation commissioning and services, Electrical engineering background, Good command in speaking & written Thai and English language, Computer literacy

Nice to Have

Experience dealing with multi-cultural workforce, Agility to learn on software and applications

What You'll Do.

Provide technical support

Identify technical problems

Determine corrective actions

Execute technical support

Determine Service applications

Manage customer relationships

Maintain regular contacts

Identify new sales opportunities

Conduct support and advisory service

Ensure accurate communication

Address customer needs

Report customer feedback

Provide technical support and coordination

Plan Service activities

Coordinate technicians

Assign specific tasks

Supervise project teams

Report unsafe practices
