What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience, High School education or equivalent, Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Well Organized, Customer service mindset
What You'll Do.
manage local and district processes for scheduling
interface with Service/Repair Supervisors
3rd party inspection companies and local regulatory bodies to schedule testing and inspections
Schedule and coordinate with Service/Repair Supervisors and Repair Operations Specialist in scheduling of other planned repairs to support efficiency in managing technician and crew schedules
Work with Branch Staffs on expectations
and information required from Staffs to support Testing and Code Compliance processes
create billable tenders for testing and inspections for customers
follow-up to obtain approval
create Billable Service Orders and requisition parts as required
and maintain accuracy of Automatic Test and Inspection Database (ATI)
SAP contractual testing requirements and report out to General Manager
Service and Solutions weekly
manage permits and communicate completed inspections to government agencies and customers
Adapt to and implement changes as a result of tracking and monitoring local regulatory directives / violations and requirements
Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) code compliance
Invoice dispute management on billable testing and inspections
