Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, knowledge of the operating room environment, technical skills with an advanced understanding of human anatomy and basic medical procedures, Ability to collaborate, Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, Pleasure of consulting and coaching, as well as high service orientation, Organizational talent with advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, High degree of independent, reliable, and proactive way of working, High level of integrity, ethics, and compliance, Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, Ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnights and/or weekends, Driver’s License is required, Fluent in German and English

What You'll Do.

Sell implant products and affiliated services

Market Globus Medical products

Apply a consultative sales approach

Achieve and exceed assigned work objectives

Provide technical support during surgeries

Provide Neuromonitoring support

Educate and train doctors/surgeons and staff

Support the Regional Sales Manager/Country Director

Maintain up-to-date market knowledge

Track business trends

Collaborate with the INR team

Submit monthly expense reports

Liaise with customer service

Assist in organizing sales and marketing activities

Adhere to company Code of Conduct

Ensure Compliance with governmental laws

Represent the company professionally
