We are now looking for **Territory Sales Supervisor** to achieve company objective to handle General Trade & Modern Trade Independent channels in the assigned areas (Bekasi and Karawang). This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. **A day in the life** **Role Responsibilities:** * Build and deliver territory plans using segmentation and targeting to maximize coverage and ROI * Win distribution, visibility, and recommendation by negotiating and influencing customers across General Trade and Modern Trade Independent * Bring market and competitor insights, then translate them into clear local priorities * Strengthen distributor infrastructure and land trade marketing plans built on insights * Execute brand and category plans in-store—merchandising, displays, and education—against Haleon standards * Coach and develop your team to improve call discipline, coverage, and in-store excellence **Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role.** **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree * 1–3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor (FM
