Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase revenue, brand penetration, and customer loyalty across dealerships, repair shops, national accounts, and distributors. Conduct regular in-person visits, build relationships, and represent the brand to both new and existing customers to drive adoption and long-term partnerships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research while maintaining a strong pipeline in CRM systems. Train and support dealership and shop staff on product features, benefits, and usage to maximize sales effectiveness and inventory turnover. Collaborate with internal teams and dealer partners to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment with business objectives. Provide ongoing field feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support product and commercial strategy improvements. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings solid experience in automotive aftermarket sales or dealership account management, with a proven ability to grow territory-based revenue and build strong customer relationships. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proactive, self-driven mindset suited for high-volume field sales work. You should be comfortable with frequent travel and managing multiple accounts simultaneously, while maintaining strong organizational discipline. 5+ years of experience in aftermarket automotive sales, dealership support, or related field sales roles Strong understanding of automotive parts distribution, dealership operations, or independent repair networks Proven track record of relationship development and territory growth Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
