What You'll Achieve.
Achieve assigned sales targets; Ensure current product lines are renewed or discarded; Assist management in meeting goals; Meet the forecast and unit objectives per key account

Identify needs and/or opportunities; Assist the customer in developing and implementing corrective action plans; Manage and resolve all operational and administrative issues; Respond to all inquiries
Ability to lift Truck Tires, Travel required, Valid driver's license and passport are required, Legal Authorization to work in Canada is required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant Bachelor’s degree AND 3+ year of related professional experience OR minimum 6 years relevant sales experience if no relevant Bachelor’s degree, Fluent in English and French languages, Sales and Marketing Activities, Functional knowledge, Microsoft Programs experience, Consulting services, Oral and Written communications, Ability to lift Truck Tires, Travel required, Valid driver's license and passport are required, Legal Authorization to work in Canada is required
Nice to Have
Truck Tire industry experience, Outside sales experience
What You'll Do.
Develop business partnerships with key accounts
Coordinate sales and training with each account
Drive National Account sales
Assist in Dealer sell out
Retain and grow existing accounts
Develop and maintain territory coverage plan
Develop and maintain sales activity at key regional fleets
Achieve assigned sales targets
Function as account manager
Participate in sales meetings
Identify opportunities for new product lines
Assist in developing product strategy
Manage Pricing and Profitability
Monitor progress to objectives
Develop and provide training
Conduct one-on-one training
Conduct market intelligence
Analyze customers and market conditions
Assist in monthly article forecast
and managing inventory
Ensure forecasting accuracy
Manage and resolve operational issues
Respond to all inquiries
Prepare weekly itineraries
Prepare routine and special reports
Maintain a professional image
Prepare professional presentations
Utilize Salesforce for documenting sales activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with product team; Coordinate sales and training with each account; Assist Sales Manager in developing programs; Provide management with data; Assist in coordination, monitoring, and managing inventory; Respond to all inquiries, both internal and external
Communication Scope
Oral and Written communications; Present solutions/ options; Effective oral communications to present ideas/ explain material
Process & Methodology
Territory, Account, Opportunity and Call planning, Develop product strategy per key account, Product life cycle plan
