Approximately 60–70% travel within the assigned territory (Pune and the surrounding Industrial regions), 2–4 nights per week on average spent in the field

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Willingness to travel up to 2 to 4 days per week (nights away from home), 6 years+ of field sales experience in industrial products or capital goods, Familiar with Pune territory, Proven experience in direct (B2B2C) field sales within a defined territory, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline (or non-engineering degree with industrial sales experience), Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e. g. , SFDC/Salesforce) and sales funnel management

What You'll Do.

Managing and growing the assigned territory by executing tactical sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets

Driving new customer acquisition while identifying untapped opportunities within existing accounts

Strengthening customer relationships through value-based selling and effective negotiation to deliver win-win outcomes

Improving sales efficiency through disciplined use of tools such as sales funnels and SFDC

Partnering with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth operations

including payment collections and issue resolution

Analyzing market trends

and competitive activity to refine sales strategies and drive performance
