Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, Minimum of 3+ additional years of experience in sales, Ability to travel 50%-70% of the time, Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills, Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously, Valid work authorization in the country of employment
Nice to Have
STEM discipline preferred, Experience in key strategic segments: Avionics, Electronics, Space and Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles, Up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing, Capital Sales Experience with Deal Values greater than $750, 000 USD
What You'll Do.
Developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of Non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace
Automotive & Electric Vehicles
Additive Manufacturing
Medical Devices and Electronics
Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades
service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area
Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages
Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews
Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business
Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base
developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships
Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity
developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer
Driving deals to closure including quoting
negotiation and OTR (Order to Remittance) handoff
