What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant Bachelor’s degree AND 1+ year of related professional experience OR minimum 3 years relevant sales experience if no relevant Bachelor’s degree, Sales and Marketing Activities, Functional knowledge, Microsoft Programs experience, Consulting services, Oral and Written communications, Ability to lift Truck Tires, Travel required, Valid driver's license and passport are required, Legal Authorization to work in Canada is required
Nice to Have
Truck Tire industry experience, Outside sales experience
What You'll Do.
Develop business partnerships with key accounts
Coordinate sales and training with each account
Drive National Account sales
Assist in Dealer sell out
Retain and grow existing accounts
Develop territory coverage plan
Develop and maintain sales activity
Achieve assigned sales targets
Function as account manager
Participate in sales meetings
Identify opportunities for new product lines
Assist in developing programs
Monitor progress to objectives
Develop and provide training
Conduct one-on-one training
Conduct market intelligence
Analyze customers and market conditions
Assist in monthly article forecast
and managing inventory
Ensure forecasting accuracy
Manage and resolve operational issues
Prepare weekly itineraries
Prepare expense reports
Maintain a professional image
Prepare professional presentations
Utilize Salesforce for documenting sales activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate sales and training with each account on a regional level; Assist Sales Manager in developing programs and concepts; Provide management with data about market trends; Assist in monthly article forecast with regional management; Coordinate, monitoring, and managing inventory and production planning
